I can't believe such a US State Senator tries to spend much of his time and PEOPLE's money to a preposterous idea of filing a suit against GOD.
I think you can prosecute someone when you have a legal basis to do so. If you have evidences trying to prove your prosecution, then sue... I can't believe that some person such as Nebraska's Senator can find evidence against GOD, whom we know exists because of our Christian's faith.
Maybe that senator have faith in God since he believes that God really exist, only... he hates GOD because maybe some bitter truth is planted on his BAOng utak!!!! hehehe..
